"The picture is misleading. There were trees along side the rooms. There were hundreds of birds that keep me awake all night. We could not sleep and had to just check out 4 hours early than planned. "

"The main reason I got the room at that hotel was for the hot tub in the room and it didn’t even work also the remote to the tv didn’t work so I couldn’t even watch tv. Floor was kinda dirty had to wear my slides the entire time. And I was in and out of the room for the main part after I checked in so when I got back with my fiancé and found out the tub didn’t work we were so tired we didn’t feel like having to move and deal with all of that bs so I told the lady when I checked out but no one called me bc I asked to have the manger call me but nothing I feel like I should definitely get some kind of compensation on the room since the main reason I got it wasn’t working properly.."
