"I booked through Hotels.com. When I called the resort, there was a glitch so they upgraded us to a condo (The Buttes #517). Staff don’t know what interiors look like - This is a rental but privately owned. Built in the 1970s & this unit needs major renovations. The carpets are stained & look filthy. ..."
