"The stay was good. The staff was friendly and the rooms were decent. The pool was a nice addition. Our only issues were the rooms were not ready for 2 hours after the scheduled check in time and the breakfast ran out really quickly. Breakfast was open 6am-9am. My husband and I went down to breakfast at 6:30 and there was very limited options left and the staff never refilled any of it. So pretty much, you snooze you lose."

"A lovely historic hotel (but very modernized!) right smack in downtown Montrose. Our room was huge, as was the bathroom (really nice shower!). Everything was super clean and had an elegant quality. Location was superb, with several dining options within easy walking distance. [Shout-out to "Ms So Asian Noodle Bar"...their Japanese-style fried chicken was incredible, as was the pork ramen bowl! https://www.facebook.com/share/1CVscQPVSV/ A small cafe is located at the front of the hotel, offering drinks & coffee, with food service most days of the week."

"I love the fact that the creek ran behind the back of the tiny home. I love the layout, but if you were a very tall person, the upstairs loft will be difficult to navigate. I was disappointed that there were not enough towels , no blow dryer , no filter or coffee for the coffee pot. They had there they had one filter and one coffee pot in a tin can and we stayed for three mornings. I recommend they take one of the empty cabinets in the kitchen and fill it with things for the bathroom. This was a third place that we had stayed on our trip to Colorado. It could be very nice if somebody would add amenities inside the tiny home like cotton balls, Q-tips sugar creamer, so many different things that other people supply for you. I did love the location, communication could’ve been better but one positive thing they have that others do not is a laundry, but they need to email me the code to let me know to get my things out once they’ve been started. The door was open so I just started a load and then when I came back, it was locked so I immediately text never to hear back from them. A family told me that was going up there. This honestly could be a 10 out of 10 place but needs some revisions made."
