"I paid £26 for the night, and felt like I overpaid. Advertisement pictures are false. Maybe that room looked like this, once. Not any more. Stains on the walls, stank of cigarettes. Bed looked like it's been slept in already. No towels provided. There was a kettle and some tea in the room, but no cups to make it in. Shared toilet and bathroom, dirty, no soap, no shampoo. "Oak Tree Rooms was an excellent base for our New Forest weekend. I think the only drawback was the other people staying - they did like a loud conversation through a locked door, which was quite annoying! Other than that, the rooms were very comfortable indeed."
