"The hotel has let itself go quite a bit, but apparently the rooms were done over and the price was right, so I thought I would gove a It a go. When I arrived, first impressions weren’t good. "The hotel is run by Lydia, who was extremely accommodating and welcoming to us all, including to our family dog. The hotel is a charming little hotel, in the countryside, run in a very personal way. It was in a strategic position too, when travelling across France, either to or from the Euro tunnel / Calais ferries."

"As soon as the gate was opened we knew we had arrived at a special Chambre d'hote. The property was well maintained, welcoming hosts and very comfortable and ekegant rooms. We had a delightful evening meal with the hosts and another couple. We are on a cycle holiday and were thrilled to have our laundry done for us overnight. In the morning our bikes had even been turned to the direction we were going to travel."

"A lovely newly refurbished house. I loved the premium quality cotton sheets and duvet cover. A super kingsize bed, which was very comfortable. The breakfast was freshly squeezed orange juice( rare) bread, mini viennoiserie and home made jams. The hosts were very friendly and spoke English. The village is very peaceful, and the countryside all around is lovely. A great place to stay"
