"The property was close enough to Virginia Beach for us. Also close to places to eat. The check in and check out process was smooth. our only complaint was the noise from outside. The room on the 3rd floor had thin windows and we could hear road noise into the night. The breakfast was free, but we didn't eat because the dining room was crowded. A pass through the room showed a good amount of food choices, but we didn't want to sit in a crowd. OVerall, the stay was good. I'd go again."

The housekeeper said they were out of towels and when we came back that night we could ask at the front desk for towels. When we came back that night the night clerk told us no towels were available but he could offer us a bath mat to dry off with that it’s the same as a towel. "Table was dirty, I brought a pack of washcloths with me and used one to clean the table. It came out red, like if juice was spilled and never cleaned. I started cleaning the rest of the rooms surfaces and it wasn’t too bad. I dropped the rag on the floor and wiped a small area by stepping on it. When I raised my foot my white washcloth was black. The disgusting cigar smell was activating my hives and asthma. My son spotted a roach come out the wall and we immediately packed up and left. We left...

"Pésimo servicio el del personal,hice la reservación en línea, llegué e hice el checking me dieron la habitación 206 una hora después de estar en la habitación, alguien llegó a abrir la puerta diciendo que esa era su habitación. Fui a la recepción y dijeron que había sido una confusión por el personal tres horas después, alguien más volvió a llegar y abrió la puerta y me encontró totalmente desnudo. Qué pésimo servicio."

"I'll begin by clarifying that every hotel stay in recent years has had safety rails in the bathtub/shower. I have NEVER had to request them. The 1st response after speaking to management was 'You did not request a handicap room'. He suggested that I return in the morning to see if anyone checked out from a handicap room. Our room did not have bathtube handrails and was very unsafe. Therefore my roommate was NEVER able to fully use the shower. I helped her sit on the side of the tub to clean...

"This property is horrendous. I stayed as a last minute option, but will recommend no one ever stay here. The property is disgustingly filthy and smells of cigarette smoke everywhere. The rooms are in desperate need of repair and it seems as the property managers have no desire to make this a priority."
