"the room was dirty and smelled. They sent someone up to give us a bottle of air freshener. I had to clean the mirror to see out of it. The iron was nasty and the ironing board was torn and dirty. Elevator wasn’t working properly. New staff member put us in a room with double beds. We were told to come back after 6 and we would be moved to a room with a king bed. That didn’t happen!!! "

"Tv and wifi don’t work in living room . The tech came and didn’t fix it or come back. I had to go to the front desk. The next tech came back and fixed it but said it needed another cord. Nobody ever came for that but everything was working well enough. The room was not like it was shown online. "

"Staff was courteous. Room wasn’t clean according to other stays that we’ve had, including this same hotel. Main issue was bathroom - counters dusty and hair on floor and toilet didn’t appear fully wiped down. Aside from that, the stay was good. Location being tucked in is always what makes this area unique. "
