"We stayed for one week in Bonanza and we highly recommend it. A great hotel with wonderful service and the breakfast and dinner selection is lovely and delicious, the only comment is that water should be at least included with dinner rather than having to pay for a bottle every night. The location is also convenient, and the bus stop 4 to Palma is literally outside the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"Customer service and hospitality toward non-Caucasian guests could be better. However, they have a stunning resort and facilities. The 1-star Michelin restaurant is definitely worth checking out."
