"When we first entered the hotel, we were amazed by the breathtaking ocean view, and we were touched again by the kindness of the staff who helped us with check-in. It was quite hot when we visited, but we were grateful to be offered cold towels and refreshing drinks. I still remember the warm smile of the friendly staff member who handed them to us.
