"Room was very clean, although dated. Looks like they are updating, however, our room was not. The bathroom was very dated, but spotless. Also, the bathroom door was (perhaps) off-hinge and couldn't be closed. Well.. if you forced it, you might get it completely stuck. So, the 3 of us agreed to enter only if the door is completely ajar. Positives: pool/hot tubs. Ambience. Hotel location. Lots of nearby restaurants and very close to the Falls. We got a room in the 'courtyard' for the vibes. I loved the concept of it. Lots of greenery, and availability of seating and pool towels. They have a small bar going as well as TVs for sports, a kiddie play area and mini putt. If you like quietness or are a late riser, or sensitive to smell (chlorine), the courtyard rooms are not for you. "

"Currently the resort is under renovations. We were “upgraded” to a room that was not renovated and was suppose to be further away from noise but we still heard the drilling and they start very early in the morning! Two of the elevators were not working and had to wait a couple times to get on one as staff were taking up space with supplies on them. The breakfast was set up in the basement where it was very dark and gloomy. It was a very disappointing breakfast with dry toast under heat lamps and yoghurt in big bowls that you scoop from with no cover on them. Food was very limited and not tasteful, tables were not cleaned and garbage left on tables and floor. I would not stay here again until everything is completed as the price we paid was higher than the area hotels."

"Did not enjoy the security staff sitting at the entrance to the pool or the “kid zone” and restaurant that was for private events or other people and not me or my family. Confusing unprofessional and uncomfortable situations. "
