"My stay at the Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The entertainment was one of the highlights of our trip. There was always something fun to do, and the entertainment team kept the energy high throughout the day and night. The food was also very good, with plenty of delicious options and something for everyone to enjoy. A special thank you goes to our concierge, Tishauna. She went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was perfect. She was attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and always available whenever we needed assistance. Her outstanding customer service truly made our experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing getaway with great food, excellent entertainment, and exceptional hospitality. I can’t wait to come back!"

"Housekeeping was amazing and the room was beautiful. The mini bar was not refreshed daily and the drinks were disappointing. Bring in Jamaica I expected the bar to know how to make rum punch. In general everything was great except the drinks the bartenders should be trained again"

"Like so many have said, the staff is a big plus as well as the food. The pool was nice as well as the beach view. The only negative for me is that the bathroom in my room showed its age. There was no outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer. When I used the hairdryer in the sitting area it blew a fuse. The power went out on the dryer as well as the TV. My husband was able to restore power quickly from the fuse box inside the room. The restaurants and the common areas have been updated since my visit seven years ago, but the rooms need to be updated as well."

"This resort serves as a training facility for students in the hospitality industry and what a fantastic job! The staff was amazing, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are comfortable. A hearty Jamaican cuisine is served for breakfast. The pastries are fantastic! Not overly sweet and extremely tasty. The pool is clean and well maintained. However, the rooms are a bit dated and there is no entertainment. If you expect a high-end international experience this may not be your best option, but if you’re interested in experiencing an authentic Jamaican interaction, consider visiting. It’s always heartwarming to know that I am able to contribute to the advancement of the Jamaican community and get such a positive experience in return. A win win situation! In general, it was a good experience and I intend to return."

"The entire resort was absolutely beautiful. It did have a slight smell and I’m sure it was from the hall carpet from hurricane. Best part about that is my last day there they were closing to remodel. My husband and I are waiting for the opening to book next year."
