"I have stayed here before when I arrive late to Victoria before heading north on the Island. This time my flight was delayed in Toronto and I was worried that I would arrive past the time when someone was at the front desk. When I called them, they reassured me that even if I arrived after midnight that I would still have my reservation. They gave me the front door code and told me that there would be an envelope with my name and key at reception. I arrived after midnight and everything was there including directions to my room and other pertinent information. When I arrived at my room, they had left lights and the TV on for me too. Their policies made the stress of a late arrival less so and I am grateful. I will definitely continue to stay here in the future!"

"Man, this is the best place we have been. The people were great all around, polite, courteous, we had diner there and it was fabulous, great variety, tasty and more. Just loved it, we will most likely come back.i have to say that the room was better than the empress hotel. Beautiful view and more."
