We had a good stay overall. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Nothing overly fancy, but it was a solid place to stay, and I would consider staying here again

Extremely friendly staff, everything was straightforward, and as expected with the itinerary, no late changes or surprises, it’s refreshing to travel as an American and believe it or not. I enjoyed the fact that there was no television in this establishment, maybe a strange comment but nice to just sit and relax on a vacation.

The location is incredible. It is minutes away from Nyhavn and transit options anywhere in Copenhagen. The room was comfortable, particularly the bed, and had a good shower. The staff is the best feature of the hotel. They are very nice and friendly, quick to respond, and full of tips when needed. I will stay there again.

No one's fault really but having the elevator closed for repair was not ideal. Good place for pre-cruise. Rooms a bit small for long stays. Super location, walkable with luggage from Metro. Would recommend!

Loved this cozy hotel! Staff was very helpful and it is conveniently located at the heart of Copenhagen’s main sites. The downfall was no fridge, microwave or tv but we used our free time to stroll near the canal 💕

We were warmly welcomed and check in was very simple. This is a really nice hotel in a really good location which felt really safe. Plenty of shops, bars and cafes nearby. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the central Kongens Nytorv Metro station which gets you back to the airport in around 20 minutes.
