Pros: fairly new hotel with nice lobby and clean rooms; nice staff; convenient location, very close to M4 Metro station and also 991 ferry station; great breakfast choices. Cons: very limited room space (maybe because our room was a small room); no hand/body l otion, no water boiler, microwave oven, refrigerator, etc., which was too simple for a 4- star hotel.

very easy access to metro (3 mins walk), a few stops to downtown so the location is good! Staff is friendly. But the room is a bit small… also breakfast very little choice for Asian people, almost all food are bread and cold dish… would love to have some more options like fried eggs, or fried noodles etc..

Wonderful hotel to stay at before our cruise. Easy walking distance to waterfront for dinner and to watch people swimming. Arrived early but was able to store our luggage until our room was ready. Fabulous breakfast buffet and wonderful lobby area to sit and chat with friends. The room was was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful calling our taxi’s to the port the next morning! 5 star!

The property was clean and well maintained with modern facilities. Perfect for families and close to the Metro. The breakfast was fantastic. My only issue is the way stored luggage is handled. Anyone can scan the QR code to gain access to the room where luggage is kept. There should be a more secure way of storing luggage.

The rooms are small and the room decor spartan but the furnishings are quite adequate: there’s a comfy chair and lots of surface area for luggage. Not much of a view but very near the ports and right next to a metro station for easy access to the city centre. A perfectly reasonable place to stay for a fair price. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked pleasant.
