"Great stay! Very quiet with an ultra comfortable bed. The shower dome in the bathroom rocks. Convenient to the City, only a 15 minute drive. Several options for a filling protein packed breakfast. Maybe a coffee/tea station available all day would be a nice addition."

Traffic along the road outside might be a concern for light sleepers and need for open windows to keep cool at night increases that risk. Lovely place perfect for our needs! "

"The home is clean and comfortable. The host was lovely. There are no amenities (no breakfast) and the walk to town is considerable (and a rather large hill!). But, it was an excellent place to lay our weary heads. Check in and checkout were simple. "
"A quaint old-fashioned-- in good ways-- hotel. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Nice that they have an onsite restaurant, bar and very large breakfast room -- complete with a nice hot breakfast (that even includes Bailey's 😁). And a lift/elevator. Only 2 complaints: 1). One must either drive or take a taxi into town-- no public transportation close by and (2) No A/C or fans. Overall, though, a lovely place to stay."

The breakfast buffets had a lot of choices. The lunch or dinner meals were delicious. I told the the wait staff that what I liked about the food was that it was served hot on warm plates. That allowed me to enjoy my meal, take my time without it getting cold before I finished. I thought the prices were reasonable."
