The striking glass window reflected that this was once the home and workshop of stain glass artisans. Our Ruben’s room was exquisite, one of the most beautiful rooms we have ever stayed in. Wish we had time to have stayed longer. The room was spotless, the shower was hot and the bed and furniture so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, perfectly prepared omelette...
"Wonderful and very tastefully decorated room with period furniture. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at main reception. Room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Overall a very pleasant stay, will be back again in the future.

There was a hiccup during checkout as we were abruptly told that we hadn’t paid for the room, while in fact we had. We showed the invoice and it was settled but the way this was dealt with left a bad taste. "
