"We were so happily surprised to find this adorable property for our stay. The view is fantastic! RIght by the water and nothing but fields all around - we got the most perfect sunset views we could hope for. It really was just a place to sleep as we spent the entire day at PPNP, but we found check-in to be seamless and easy, room was clean, shower had good pressure and hot water, and bed were really comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Leamington/Wheatley area."

"We had a great time at TownePlace. This is a wonderful place for families- nearby restaurants and stores are perfect for whatever you need. The rooms are very nice and clean. The kitchens were well equipped, breakfast was so good (thank you to the breakfast team and staff for being so patient and accommodating)!"

"Walls were so thin I could hear entire conversations, light coming through a window above the door made sleep near impossible. The place was clean but the pillows were so hard my husband and I woke up with headaches. There wasn’t even a fridge in our room. We also asked the host for recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area and they never responded. I would not go back and don’t recommend. Any basic hotel will serve you better than this place"

"Very unique hotel and perfect for our stay! Beds and chairs were super comfy, the space was eclectic, nice to have a bottle of water provided and the glasses were top notch for enjoying our Pelee Island wine! Central location and walking distance to some fine local restaurants. Shower was super powerful as well. Highly recommend! Parking is in a public lot if you can’t snag one of the spaces behind the hotel but very close and free."

"Our experience at Omstead’s on Erie was amazing, my friend, daughter and I are still talking about it. First off, the home was so well decorated, every carefully selected item has a story and the stories were amazing, all this with a great view of Lake Erie. Margo and Keith are great hosts, they provided us with many great local recommendations for dinner and Margo treated us to locally sourced fancy breakfasts. We will definitely be going back!"

"Room was small and only had ceiling light. No bedside lamps. Bed could be better. Location was good for us to get to park or over to Kingsville. Had use of full size fridge which was very helpful. Shared bathroom which did not pose any problems for us. Parking on site."

"We really didn’t have much time to use the facilities but we thoroughly enjoyed what we did use Its close proximity to the ferry terminal for our early morning trip to Pelee Island was so much more accessible from this property. The road closures made it difficult to get there in the first place but that’s not your fault and construction means progress and progress is good. So all in all! 5 star service"

"Looks better in concept than in execution. The useful-looking bedside lamp with multiple ports/outlets in the base looked useful, except nothing (not even the lamp bulb) worked, even though it was plugged in. The two pot lights over the desk also looked like a thoughful touch, except I could not find a switch for them (or else they, too, don't work). Having said that, everything was very clean, the fridge worked, the bed was quite comfortable and all the washroom plumbing worked perfectly. The...
