I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. Upon checking in, I immediately noticed how unclean the property was. There was visible blood on the toilet in the lobby bathroom, and a large blood clot on the drain — absolutely unacceptable and alarming. The staff member I reported it to was apologetic, but the damage was already done.
When I got to my room, the problems continued. The carpet had red stains, there was a strange odor, and hair all over the bathroom. The walls are extremely thin, so I could hear conversations and movement from surrounding rooms.
Breakfast was disappointing — very limited options and the pancake machine was out of order. While the hotel is about 10 minutes from Polaris, which is convenient, the surrounding neighborhood felt unsafe.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. I would not recommend this place unless serious improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.
