It was supposed to be a non-smoking room the room reeked of cigarette smoke there was a cigarette burn on the couch cushion there were cigarette burns on one end table your landscape your grass was not cut no breakfast food I can send pictures if you like

Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbus Dublin
The hotel was very clean, check in and check out was effortless. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Working hot tub and pool.

Columbus Airport Marriott
The shower tile and shower door handle were broken. Hotel is dated, furniture looks old and worn. Room had a musty smell. Pillows were terrible. Elevators were not clean. Hotel has good bones and needs a refresh and would be really nice.
