"I stayed at this hotel for four nights. At check-in, they told us that THEY ONLY DO THE ROOMS EVERY OTHER DAY. That was a big surprise. And after 4 nights, THEY NEVER DID OUR ROOM. I mentioned it at checkout, and they apologized and said I would receive extra Hyatt points, which I have not yet received. ..."
