"We had to wait to check in due to a very busy night from before but aside from that the staff were very nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There were lots of selections for breakfast the next morning. Enjoyed our stay."

"Had great experience. Rooms were clean and area was quiet. Breakfast was great, and made even better by the lady working. She was a treat, and we enjoyed talking to her each morning. Very convenient to all the restaurants and shopping in downtown Sioux Falls. Great place to stay."

"Not sure how this place gets good reviews. Breakfast is disgusting and there is continuous noise throughout night. Because it is only a 2 story building, we heard loud groups until very late at night and then again early AM. Room cleanliness was fine. Breakfast….everything from inedible,?frozen food to not having anyone to clean around tables and serving areas. Again, as stated….disgusting conditions. "

"Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The gal at the front desk was awesome! She found out we were in town because my husband was having surgery so she looked for a ground floor room for us without even asking. She personally went to the room to make sure it had been cleaned and then promptly checked us in. Very pleased with this hotel. "

"Elevator got stuck. No out of order sign. Cheap rates. No free breakfast. Friendly staff. Room was pretty clean besides some mystery stains on the sides of the mattresses. The pull out couch mattress was paper thin and was impossible to sleep on. Hot tub water looked brown. Room smelled like dirt and cigarettes. Other than that it wasnt a bad stay. Would stay again if i had to. "
