"Property was in a great location for the Manitou Springs / Pike’s Peak. The room was very clean and the staff helpful. I would definitely stay there again when we n the Colorado Springs area."

"A very old motel that hasn’t had updates in a very long time. From the outside and certain features inside can look rundown but it was exceptionally clean on the inside. The main issue I had was that there was a musty/pungent smell that came out of the AC every time it kicked on, and it actually woke me up a few times from said smell. I don’t know if the AC units even have filters but this one didn’t seem like it had any upkeep in a very long time - no idea if the other rooms had the same issue....

"Convenient to the Academy. Great staff, linen was not clean."

"The room was not very clean, and the door didn’t lock. The staff was really nice though"
