Person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were closed. Also, the rooms were covered in dust! Sheets were clean, but dust was all over the dressers, bed frames and desk.

Very satisfied stay!

My experience was awesome! I had one of the newly renovated rooms. I felt safe at all times, I was able to catch up on some Lifetime Christmas Movies. Tina one of the front desk ladies was very Kind, Friendly and helpful. I will plan on staying here on my next visit . I might add I stayed 3 Nights and 4 Days. My only drawback was parking, it fills up fast before 5:30 pm.

It was good until checkout and the front desk clerk that checked me out was extremely rude and disrespectful...it was a younger dark haired girl and from the moment I went to check out she was incredibly disrespectful and rude also they need more and better parking...the woman who checked us in was awesome as was the night audit ...

Older hotel on a main thoroughfare in Pueblo. Breakfast (included) consisted of granola bars, 1 small yogurt and canned oj. One night I heard 7 gun shots. As a former Pueblo resident I still have my Pueblo address on my drivers license. I no longer live there but had to pay a $100 cash deposit to stay there. Apparently many hotels in Pueblo are doing the same for Pueblo residents. So sad. Staff was very nice and apologized for the policy.

I liked that room 109 was all new. It was finished well and was comfortable to be in. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, more comfortable than my own bed. The room was really nice.I will be back. I frequent the race track it’s really convenient to that .

Stay here!

Front desk attendant girl was really nice. My room was very clean. They are renovating but It didn’t bother me and wasn’t loud. Their price beat all the others in Pueblo. Very affordable. I would stay there again.
