The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Alejandro & Ramón, who went above and beyond with my luggage and made check-in seamless. Inside, everything was spotless, modern, and brand new. "The staff were always so helpful and friendly. We also booked a hot air balloon tour that made that experience easier because they help scheduling and a chauffeur is provided. The location of the hotel was nice as well, enough restaurants and cafes near by. Definitely recommend staying here."
