The hotel was quite clean considering they are/were remodeling. The check-in process was confusing but that was due to the construction. The staff we interacted with was polite and explained everything quite well. The pool was open and looked pretty clean but we didn't use it. The noise level was minimal even though we were right off a main highway/road. I would recommend this Best Western to friends and family.

The property itself is nice. We had some difficulties with our booking. Original 2 queen beds were removed and ofcer kig beds and the room was very warm and so we had to switch out. After returning from a day out, we ended up locked out of one of our rooms. Things just happened that threw our trip off.

The room was clean, and there were decent options at breakfast. There was a variety of exercise equipment, all in good shape. The staff was polite & helpful. We were disappointed the pool wasn't open and the back-up pool, at a nearby hotel, wasn't functioning either.

I stay here often. It seems each stay progessively gets worse. They are doing renovations on the lobby area but they really need to do renovations on the actual rooms. Our room had black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Our TV didn’t work. The hallways are gross. The last time I was here, the elevator had an inspection posting that was expired by over a year so it hadn’t been inspected when it should be.

Pool was way over chlorinated. Eyes were burning and I didn’t even get in the pool. My kids did and their eyes were burning even after showering, using eye drops, and trying to wash them out even hours later. Wouldn’t let them get back in due to this. Also the water was very cold. A couple of times there was no water pressure in the bath. My son had to wait over an hour to take a shower due to this. Tried to go ask the front desk about it. Rang the bell twice and nobody ever came to the front desk. Breakfast food was okay for free but I’ve had much better free breakfasts at other hotels.

We booked at Best Western. They were doing construction so we were sent to the hotel across the street. When we got there they had no kings left (not the end of the world but the pricing seemed off) I paid for the “$50 Deposit” which ended up being a nonrefundable fee. The pool was GROSS and i’m genuinely upset for the money I paid. Definitely not what was advertised. The “Free Breakfast” was okay. Small eating area- didn’t try it honestly.

Pool was closed for renovations , was told we were allowed to go next door and use theirs which at least was an option but next doors was not as nice. Wayer was extremely cold. Mini fridge in both of the rooms we booked did not evem cool our drinks. Did not ask for any changes as hotel was booked out, or probably would have JUST STAYED next door

This may be the first comment that I’ve ever left in regard to a business’ performance, so please hope that this is taken as a literal review of the hotel. This was by far the dirtiest, most poor managed location that I’ve been in my life, and I travel for work. Please look for other accommodations if you are able. If you have a vested interest in this business, please revamp staff and do better. Honestly sad how bad this experience was.

Average and Tolerable for one night

When making the reservation, I requested a quiet room away from traffic noise. My room was on the 3rd floor practically looking over the Interstate traffic. Disappointed, I went to the front desk to ask for a quieter room and no staff showed up. One night is all I could handle. Breakfast was disappointing in that the food was all gone an hour before closing time. One staff person was managing the breakfast and front desk.

Not the best Best Western.

The room we booked was not ready when we arrived at 5ish. The person at the counter just ran off and said let me check if your room is ready and was gone for some time. We either had to wait or get a double room (vs king). After 9 hours of travel we just said yes. Air conditioner didn’t really work. No parking for trailers. Not really the best western I have stayed at before.

We were unable to get the King Suite we booked online and were told this was because the cleaning crew already left and they didn't have any clean and available. We ended up being placed in a regular Queen room. The main reason we booked this hotel was to take our son swimming only to find out that the pool was out of order. It would have been nice to have that information noted at the time I booked the room online!

Pretty Bad.

Had we not been traveling with our dog, we would have asked for a refund and gone elsewhere. The pool was out of service, which should have been made known when booking. The breakfast was bad. Just bad. Room had visible dirt on the floor and the shower was icky. Stains in the wall. Loud people at 3am and some vagrants hanging around. The front desk guys were super nice. They looked scared of the next complaint and refund request. Bless their hearts. This place was pretty gross overall.

My only complaint is that we reserved a room with two queen size beds and we we went to check in there were no more beds with two rooms. I did have to sleep on the chaise lounge as the person I was traveling with was my brother.

The entire property is under construction. Was told to swim across the street at another hotel in which they don’t own. Room smelled like mold. No hot breakfast just a McGriddle and a milk. Rooms looked nothing like the pics
