"Breakfast items were standard and adequate for this type of hotel. The front desk staff was helpful and welcoming, check in was a breeze. Overall the property is very new, looks freshly kept up, and common areas are clean and beautifully decorated. My issue was with the housekeeping staff and the schedule of only providing turnover service every other day. I wouldn’t have an issue with that if the service provided was a deep clean but it wasn’t. Our housekeeper would only leave fresh towels, empty they trash and make the bed. Our floors were never swept or mopped which was an issue since we were traveling with our six month old. The desks and drawers were also not wiped clean. The bathroom sink and counters were not wiped. We never came into the room to see it look organized and redone. It seemed that the cleaning was done transactionally without any intent to actually provide a clean and comfortable room. This was unfortunate since we were there for 5 days and wanted this to feel like a home away from home. I did provide this feedback to the staff upon check out and they did offer to comp with Marriott points but I am unlikely to stay here again just based on the lack of care to have clean rooms. We stayed in room 327 and my observations of the housekeeper assigned was her on her cell phone in the hallway each time she was out there for our room or others. Our stay was 3/26-3/31."

"It was a decent place all around for an overnight. Comfy beds, clean, nice staff. Unfortunately, the skunky pot smell wafting from under the adjoining room was terrible. So I would say, be aware of that if it bothers you. "

"I didn’t like the facts that I was accused of smoking in the rooms!! I went outside and smoked it’s in the cameras! But the guy kinda straightened out for me I’ll know more in a couple days "

"The mattresses are horrible but the overnight clerk or manager was nice enough to make some accommodations for us. The mattresses not being properly maintained is def a bummer. Pillows should be upgraded. Vending machines and arm should be upgraded and a larger variety of drinks should be available as well. Energy drinks at 7$ is not appropriate. A can of soda for 4 is ridiculous. Having someone watch you eat breakfast or make you your waffle just so you don’t make a mess is too much micro managing makes me feel like I’m being watched. To rooms wout jacuzzi’s are nice wifi nothing to be happy about "

"Check-in was a nightmare. Rooms were not ready and more than a dozen members of a wedding party had nowhere to change clothes and dress for the wedding or get on the reserved shuttle bus."
