"It’s a nice hotel, I liked the decor and room was clean. I didn’t hear other guests apart from some occasional hall door slamming (but nothing too bad). However there was strange vibrating noise in my room that would go on and off every day, super annoying. Not sure what it was perhaps some ventilation installed on the roof or in the walls because in my room nothing made noise."

"The location is wonderful especially since there is a ferry service & all types of public transport available close by on either side of the Thames. The property is very quirky & cute & very Euro, from this American’s perspective (a compliment, to be sure). Breakfast is quite a convenience. Rooms are very clean! I was there during the heat wave so the temp in the rooms was the only discomfort, but the place is so charming, I can overlook it and definitely stay again!"

"I was staying at this hotel for 5 days. The property was clean and outside was well maintained. However of all the hotels I’ve been to, I’ve never experienced NOT having a mini fridge or microwave. So for me who has small kids this definitely would not be ideal.(my kids were not on this trip) This was a huge inconvenience. There menu options in my opinion wasn’t the best and pricy. We had upgraded to a Deluxe Garden Room, only to be told at check‑in that loud weekend functions would affect our room — and were then offered a move to a quieter suite for an extra £20 per night. "War ein sehr guter Aufenthalt! Wir waren begeistert, wie viel Platz man doch hatte in dem Raum, obwohl es etwas kleiner aussah. Die Zimmer hatten keine Fenster, was tatsächlich uns geholfen hat abzuschalten vom ganzen Trubel in der Stadt. Ich vllt nicht für jeden, aber für uns auf jeden Fall! Die Klimaanlage hat auch funktioniert und die Zimmer wurden regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent.
