The concierge was very helpful to help make restaurant reservations, and answered questions about various activities/sites. Our room was wonderful with a beautiful view of the castle. "My wife and I stayed for a week. The staff were very friendly and professional. The property is beautiful. It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood with many small restaurants and bars. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood both day and night as it was very picturesque.
It is located very close to public transportation so getting around in the city is very easy.
The breakfast was good, could have been better but not bad. The gym facilities was a bit small and I wish they had a better selection of dumbbells as I couldn’t properly do my workout with what they had. But overall the gym did suffice.
The WiFi was a bit slow at times but sufficient.
One last thing I’d like to see would be smart TVs in the rooms so I could stream movies or shows from my mobile device. As there we no channels in English.
Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel. My wife and I will be staying here every time we visit Budapest."

Unfortunately, this particular hotel has been the worst one I’ve chosen so far.
When we checked in and entered the room, it was immediately clear that the bed sheets were not fresh. The duvet cover and pillowcases were also obviously not newly changed. My husband and I were both quite upset, so we went down to the front desk, but no staff were available. We ended up calling Expedia to report the issue and requested that it be resolved the next day.
However, when we returned from our outing the next day, we found that not even the towels had been replaced. On top of that, there was a terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom. My husband poured water down the floor drain, which temporarily solved the issue. It seemed like the room hadn’t been used in quite a while.
Breakfast was another disappointment—it was so poorly prepared that it actually irritated us while we were eating. The only things we could bear to have were coffee (which was weak and pre-made) and some yogurt.
When we checked out, we shared our complaints, and another guest next to us said they had experienced similar problems. They mentioned that the hotel seemed to be short-staffed when it came to housekeeping.
