"The pictures advertised were not the pictures of the property. The mattress was very poor quality. The advertisement said there was a washer/dryer, but there wasn't. Dozens of bites on my body which were worse in the morning. The admin were not bothered at all. The people upstairs were regularly up until 3:00a.m. and you could hear everything despite the advertisement stating there was soundproofing. Had to put down 100euro cash deposit which I did not know about. No credit card option. "

We stayed at Monumenti Hotel Pula and it was honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff took care of us from the moment we arrived and made everything feel effortless. It was my 25th birthday during our stay, and they went above and beyond to make it feel extra special, such a thoughtful touch that meant a lot. Beautiful hotel, amazing service, and a team who genuinely care. Would highly recommend.

Very comfortable stay and very pleasant surroundings just to relax and chill from work life back home. Food was good, but could have been a lot hotter and more choice or 'themed days', just to change it up bit. Excellent gym and fitness facilities, however, the evening entertainment was absolutely dire! Don't go to this hotel expecting to be entertained because you won't be! We spent 2 nights here before flying home from Pula Airport after a holiday exploring Croatia and Slovenia. It's a small hotel with only about 10 rooms, situated in a quiet residential area outside Pula. Staff are delightful - very friendly and helpful. Apartment was perfect for our needs. We spent a day exploring Pula and then walked along the paved walkway by the coast from near the apartment to Fazana.

The room was clean and modern. Breakfast was very good with a good range of hot and cold meats, cereals and fruit. The pool was in a nice sunny spot overlooking the harbour. When we were there, there were very few people around the pool. Very friendly and helpful staff and the young lady on the deck was very kind enough to offer to drive my wife to the doctors. We arrived early off our flight with two very tired young children, luckily our room was ready and the staff were really friendly and helpful checking us in and getting and the bags to the room. Kids fell straight to sleep under the ac in the room. Lovely walking distant to everything we were staying in pula to see. Only issue we found was no door between the bedroom and living area so when the kids went bed we couldn’t shut the door
