"The air conditioning in the room doesn’t work. The hotel knew about it and they responded by bringing us fans that were very loud and noisy. It was hot and we needed to sleep with the windows open, but there was no mesh so we struggled with a lot of mosquitos at night. Couldn’t sleep well. You have to get the clean towels from the ground floor yourself, but when we needed them the cabinet was empty and they were not restocked until late the next day.
