"Desk person was not helpful at all. My cousin and I are in our 70's. We needed help with our luggage, there wasn't any. We could have used a luggage cart to get our luggage to the 3rd floor. Other hotels we have stayed at always had someone to assist with luggage. Thankfully we only had to stay there ..."
