"Great location, a little dated but inexpensive. Short walk to the beach. Room was clean and already cool when we checked in. Sister property around the corner with full access to their amenities as well. Will stay here again for a night before a cruise or even just to stay in Cocoa beach."

"The staff was polite and helpful for any questions we had. Rooms could use an update, worn carpet, light rust on mirror frame in bathroom, fixtures were old and probably should be replaced. Overall not a bad place to stay, probably would stay here again,just could use a few things updated."
