Friendly staff, easy walk to the beach. Beautiful inside and out! Did not go swimming but the swimming area was beautiful and large! Did not experience any issues at all! great place to stay at!

The property is in a good location. The room was adequate but the floors were filthy. The bottom of our feet were black! Bed was comfy. Breakfast was ok but crowded. They ran out of food.

There was a 14 minute wait to check in. Long hair in toilet when we checked in. Breakfast was mediocre. No grabbar in tub/shower (a lawsuit waiting to happen). Beds were comfortable.

We arrived on April 13 and leave the 16. We stay on the room 208. Apart of these things we make the best of the situation and enjoy our visit to cocoa beach. The hotel is on a great location and didn’t had any problem apart of these: The water on the bathtub got stuck and you had to bathe in dirty water until the next day, horrible. The back of the door of the bathroom had hairs on it and the towels too. The water on the pool did not had clorox on anything that tells me that was clean. The water in the pool and the bathtub had a bad taste of dirty water with salt. I got sick there and my family.. so we had to spend more money on medicine for all 4 of us. The floor on the room still had sand on it wen we arrived.

Grounds could use clean up of dead leaves of plants. Cob webs in corners of ceiling of room. The foot stool in our room is badly stained and makes one not want to touch it or put anything on it. Made us feel afraid to touch anything.

Stayed here before and after a cruise out of Port Canaveral and it worked out great. One walkable block from the beach and restaurants nearby. Included a basic breakfast and a nice pool area. Room was clean and ready for us. Staff was helpful and friendly.

On arrival after a transatlantic flight, the lady on reception was very helpful and welcoming. She gave us an upgraded room near the pool which was on the ground floor because we had young children and lots of luggage. We ate at the adjoining Thai restaurant which was excellent. The hotel is a little dated, the classic motel, but the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again if in the area.

The pillows were horrible. The one i bought at Dollar General was better. The beds springs were bad also. There was sand on the floor and in bath tub. The restaurant didnt answer calls. The morning staff was friendly. The night staff was not. It was also further away from the beach than i anticipated so i think expedia changed where we were staying.

Our stay did not meet expectations. “ Colorful and contemporary “ were first words used to describe this property on homepage: very misleading. This is an old motel with some add -ons. 2 stories, rooms entered from outside. Restaurant bar were good amenities. Free breakfast was good. Our room smelled like disinfectant. Bathroom tub surrounded by moldy caulking and grout! Flooring appeared clean but a cockroach appeared beside my bed in the morning! Ugh!

Who ever gives this “hotel” anything other than a 1 star should never write reviews. Filthy, moldy and smelly is how I would nicely describe this dump! Expedia should remove this from their site because this place should be condemned! It was horrible. If you like moldy bathrooms, yellowish towels and the entire room stinks then this place is for you. Don’t do it to yourselves!!!

When researching this property, one of the amenities listed was “free shuttle to the port.” When we arrived, the desk clerk said that info was incorrect so we were charged.
