"It was easy to find and had parking available for everyone it seemed. The location was good and it was easy to walk to downtown Keswick on the footpath. The breakfast was delicious and a good amount of food. Would recommend."

Award winning marmalades, served with HOMEMADE bread and all of the ingredients of the cooked breakfast’s are local and high quality. I highly recommend having the French toast or the Cumbrian breakfast, my son would highly recommend the kids French breakfast which is chocolate dipping bowl and fresh...

"Kettle in room was dirty brown yellowy in the bottom asked for it to be cleaned to be told it had been cleaned so was unable to make a brew in the room. Breakfast was ok although fried egg was not cooked properly very snotty. Boiled eggs uncooked today. The woman had bad attitude the way she spoke to guest blunt and rude. Would not stay here again."
