"Great glamping experience! Spacious and comfortable tent. Personal bathroom with shower. Great shared kitchen with small breakfast included. Lots of drinkable water included. Staff were very nice. Only one of the bikes in working condition and the rest were in desperate need of repair. Make sure to bring bug repellant. The pool was not as advertised, but fine. There is a great cenote and cave nearby to enjoy. "

"The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. It is quiet and super relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice! I really recommend this stop far away from the noise!"

"Guest services were amazing! Adan took care of us after we experienced some harassment from the concierge desk in bldg 10. We put a maintenance order in 2 days in a row. Nothing was done until we went to the main lobby and explained what was going on. We didn’t get our restaurants we booked. Concierge is a joke, they only care about trying to convince non members to attend a breakfast and meeting to “join the club” AKA timeshare. We are thankful Adan understood us and our concerns. "
