"What a horrible experience. We first got in around 10pm and was told we got a room upgrade. My partner and I got a suite with a large comfy bed and instead got shoved into a corner disability unit with two small beds “suite”. We had horrible noise from upstairs neighbors all night and slept for only two hours that night. Lights weren’t turning on, ants in the shower. I asked to speak to a manager who was coming in later and was told they would help me by having him call me back he never did. I...

"Old place needs work. Front desk staff not friendly. A/C vent blows on your head all night. Smoke detector chirped all night. Noisy location"

"A wonderful getaway with well-maintained grounds, accommodating staff, and amazing views throughout the property. Extras like the Monday Farmer's Market, BBQ and live music, and entertainment at the Welk Theater made the stay even better. I highly recommend staying here."

"Overall very nice place but the pillows suck. They look fluffy but they flatten out so thin. Ended up with a stiff neck every morning."

"I was greeted by a very nice gentleman (Maziar). He was very helpful, also patient when I thought I had prepaid but hadn’t, so he waited patiently while I shifted some things around and paid there. The property and the room were very clean (and I’m picky)! Hot coffee available all hours was a plus! And who doesn’t love a breakfast included! Highly recommend for your next stay!!!"

"Everything was great, so many places near the hotel (gas station, food) and everything was about a 20min drive. Definitely recommend renting a car or ubering around from this place as the expressway is so close, Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Great amenities and great clean rooms!!"
