Easy check in with remote assistance. Facility is clean ,and it looks like there are updates happening. Rooms are clean and comfortable AC unit is tricky to control. One surprise was the automatic coffee machine was really good especially the latte.Lots of food choices in and Galleria nearby. Only negative, was the upstairs family playing volleyball in the room . But I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Everything was near, only bad thing was our first room shower didn't work nor bathroom and sheets were dirty. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. But the new room was still pretty dirty pubes in the bathroom

The sleeping space was good but the entrance and bathroom was full of ants and it smelled of pesticides. We had mentioned it to the staff and they were happy to clean it up but the next day it was back to the way it was with ants.

Clean room, but at the complimentary breakfast area; staff is unfriendly and was watching you like a hawk on the things you get to eat. Breakfast was very limited to just a pastry, bananas, and coffee/tea.
