Clean rooms, nice breakfast selection, always like the atrium with its open air feel for sitting and relaxing. Evening snacks at the Atrium was a nice touch. Pool was a tad bit tiny for the amount of guest using the pool though.

The experience wasn’t exceptionally awful, but the room was ridden with ants eating crumbs and the shower/toilet flooded and leaked into the room directly below. Staff was relatively attentive, but definitely not communicative. I had asked for a 12pm checkout and the front desk said no problem yet ...

Good amenities provided in the suite for use - liked having the toaster, dish soap, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator and dishes were available upon request. Staff was pleasant. Luggage carts were in need of repair - one was broken ...
