We loved the room and the hotel, but the hotel was the site of a protest during our stay and hotel management did nothing to offset the disruptions (besides offering us a refund if we chose to leave - which would have been more disruptive than staying!)

I turned down my bed and found the sheets were ripped. I had to leave a note for the hotel cleaning staff to put non-ripped sheets on the bed. Also, the remote batteries were dead. I found this day to be OK but expected better wish she would’ve had a Keurig. Coffee was terrible.

Room was very beautiful, spacious and comfortable with very high ceilings. Loved the eco large bottles of Le Labo in the bathroom. Great and friendly service from front desk staff. Would definitely stay again.
