"Awful- Given a key to the wrong room. No hot water The plugs in the sink and bath leaked so we could not even boil the kettle to have a warm wash Room really dated- pillows like wafers. Had to ask for an extra towel - only one in the room."

"We were allocated a room for a disabled person even though neither of us are disabled or had requested it. However we did appreciate the wet room rather than a bath with shower over. But, and a big but for any traveller, there was nowhere in the bathroom to place toiletries, razors, toothbrushes, deodorant, hairbrushes etc etc. All the things that are needed within reach of the sink. We ended up dragging the chair in the shower to the sink in order to have our toilet bags close without them being placed on the floor. A normal bathroom has a counter either side of the sink. Has no-one ever thought about where a disabled person would put their toiletries. If on the floor they would be out of reach for a wheelchair user. It would be nice if the manager could address this problem and write to me to explain their reasoning for this error. Otherwise the bed was comfy and other services satisfactory."
