"World class accommodations"

"The Cliffside Inn is a lovely boutique inn. Staff extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Jo Jo and Bethany and cleaning staff very nice. Stayed in the ST. George suite and very charming and comfortable with a water view and fireplace. Breakfast exceptional with nice variety. Afternoon wine hour also very nice with wine variety and light snacks. A beautiful vacation and exceptional Inn."

"Our room was not huge, but adequate. We had views of the harbor. It was close to and walking distance to most everything. Loved it!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was perfectly located. We had a two level room which was unexpected and both good and bad. The stairs are steep and winding in the room so we left our luggage at the bottom. The Red Parrot across the street was great and the Surf Club in the basement was good. The coffee shop opened at 7:30 which was late for us so I walked to Starbucks for morning coffee. Newport was great! Would definitely return. Really good restaurants, Mansion tour and Cliff walks were worth...

"The room set up was perfect for our needs. The location is a short walk from all of the main restaurants, shops and bars along Thames St. We enjoyed the property very much."

"Wonderful service from Carmen"

"Lovely room, great staff and perfect location. There is a zero entry from the parking lot and rooms on the first floor so steps can be avoided."

"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely bed & breakfast in Newport! The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully updated, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and a wonderful way to start the day. The staff was warm and welcoming, especially Lisa, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location is perfect for walking to many of Newport’s shops, restaurants, and attractions, which made exploring the area so easy. Having parking available was also a huge plus —...

"The pool and sauna are great. The pool should be heated not just the room. Not fun to swim in a cold pool.Furniture around the hotel is worn.Hallway carpets should be cleaned more often if you are going to charge the money u do.The room was nice it’s just a little worn. The hotel rooms and furniture around the grounds should be updated but the place is clean"

"Decent place!"

"Attentive and friendly staff, delicious breakfast, good location able to walk to historic part of town. Parking first come first serve; we were lucky to get a spot. The room had a comfortable king bed and very uncomfortable sofa pullout. We had sent a message twice to ask for two beds and explained that we were not a couple, but friends traveling to celebrate a birthday. We did not know the bed arrangement until we arrived. It was expensive and I wish that someone had recommended that we stay...

"Great hotel and terrific location. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"All good"

"The location was walkable to all the shops and Cliff Walk, but far enough away where we didn’t have to deal with the traffic and congestion. Staff were nice and accommodating. They helped to make our first time in Newport enjoyable and would definitely stay there again if we are ever back in the area."

"Fantastic place clean ,charming and wonderful breakfast every morning.cant go wrong"

"The breakfast here was amazing! We stayed on the third floor, and if I were to stay here again I’d have to be on the first floor and find a different place. The stairs are pretty steep and narrow, which"
