yes, staff was great, the only issue is lack of snow removal in handicapped spots, it was a struggle to get through, as they plowed but many days left a huge mound goign to sidewalk

When I checked in at the front desk, I was informed that my $100. room rate didn't cover continental breakfast. Continental breakfast was not available to any guest. My room was 85 degrees, very warm. Very comfortable bed and clean room. On a scale of 1-10 for this hotel, I'll give it a 9.

The hotel was ok for the price I paid. Staff was very friendly. Rooms could definitely use some upgrades. Beds were comfortable but pillows were not so great. Hot tub was not working so that was disappointing but my son enjoyed the pool.
