"They had a sport team staying at the same day . They had cops stopping us to enter the hotel unless we show our room keys. They wouldn’t allow us in the lobby . They wouldn’t allow us to use the resultants. They wouldn’t allow us to be even on the curbside . I need a refund"

Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown by IHG
"AC did not work. Maintenance promised fan that never appeared. It was 90 that day. Breakfast was horrible and service was even worse. Good Margarita in the bar and front desk staff were good. One night not worth $398. Valet staff had to be tracked down to park car."
