"Beware, this place is a time share. Within the first 15 minutes (before I was even able to complete check in) I was “invited” to attend a 90 minute session on 3 separate occasions. As someone who paid for this hotel, this was very frustrating. And since we drove, there was no way to avoid talking to the “concierge” (code for time share salesman) because that is how you get your car validated. Other than the rude, pushy, condescending staff, the property is very nice."

"Booked a room with the stay protection plan. Ended up having to cancel a few days before arrival. Hotel wouldn’t give me a single penny of my money back stating it was a non refundable purchase. (Even though I paid for stay protection). Told me it wasn’t their doing and to check with hotels.com to get my money back. Hotels.com told me that this wasn’t their doing and that I need to check with the hotel. Both just pinning it on each other while I wasted a few hundred dollars. Beware of booking this hotel and beware of a deceptive “stay protection plan.” "

"waffles , cereal , yogurt and toast nothing hot that was a bummer when coming from a long drive but still was eatable. room wasn't that clean , counter had lots of grease stains , shower curtain very dirty and had hair on it. Housekeep need to learn to disinfect the rooms. The hotel was safe overall and i got my deposit waived so very grateful for that. Will recommend"

"Good location. There was trash in our trash can when we arrived. Stayed two nights. Never had housekeeping, make beds, empty trash or changed towels."

"When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. I called the hotel and someone came right out. The location is great. The gym is clean and if you want to walk there is a great walkway with a view up the hill for a good work out. The hotel is clean with a nice warm breakfast. Excellent stay!"
