"No garbage can,tv not working properly,no iron or hangers ,but we were in a off suite room .."

"Beautiful cabin like rooms with great views. The rooms were spacious with fridge n freezer, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, microwave, toiletries. I'd call this a hidden gem which is on lake with great town to explore."

"There was no fridge in the room other than a full size one not in use. The pillows should be replaced. Overall it was livable but very basic. Good place to stay on a budget if you just need a bed for the night."

"The room was lacking and a bit rough. The carpet was filthy. 2 small towels for the bathroom. The bed cover had a large stain on it. The room was very noisy at night. While the AC worked well, it was very loud. No pool or hot tub, which was advertised on the website. The check in staff was not the best. I paid with a visa debit card and had never had an issue using it for a hotel deposit, except for here. They wanted cash, so I had to find an ATM just to give the deposit. I asked for a receipt...

"This is an older property that is well maintained and very clean (as approved by my wife). It was an outstanding value. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The staff were good and helpful. The continental breakfast was just okay."

"First time staying @ Vista Inn Won't be my last. Staff were helpful rooms clean and fresh . Air conditioner worked great attendants even came to check filter. People were enjoying the pool The look out over Kamloops was within a short walk. Took a few pictures off our balcony of a beautiful sunset. The only disappointment was the continental breakfast . Other than that. I will be staying again"
