Room was clean and spacious. Wi-fi was excellent. I did not make use of the breakfast. Room had no coffee making option. The whole Inn is in need of maintenance. The steps and landing to the second floor rooms were disgustingly filthy.

Friendly staff, spacious room and a comfortable bed, but unfortunately the room had several issues. The door lock was broken, some lights didn’t work, and the bathroom, kitchen cupboards were quite dirty. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.

To a very large extent it depends on which room you get and what you were looking for. I'm a non smoker with no pets and the room I had reflected that - it was clean, bright, and all in room facilities worked and were in good condition. Air conditioning provided heat or cooling and was quiet. Parking was a bit tight but was adequate. There were a lot of smokers staying and they were provided a chair outside of the room with a can for the butts - not the best arrangement for getting to your room. Location is good with a variety of restaurants / fast food close by. Overall rating would be very adequate for what it cost, but it depends on the room.

The price for an overnight stay on a 2-day road travel was unbeatable. The location was strategic. Fast food restaurants were within walking distance. And breakfast was included. Staff was very friendly . Hard to beat these circumstances.

I cannot say enough good things about the front desk team at this hotel! They have been absolute lifesavers and so genuinely kind to our family. As a returning guest who stays here regularly (before, now, and in the future), I’m always touched by how well they treat their loyal customers. They went above and beyond to accommodate our family with kids, keeping our specific schedule and competition needs in mind, and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade! It made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. We are beyond happy with our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Best Budget Inn! I was traveling alone with my three children and arrived with a ton of luggage. The front desk staff went above and beyond by kindly upgrading us to a spacious suite at no extra charge. This was an absolute lifesaver because my daughter was attending a competitive swim meet and truly needed a separate, quiet room to get a good night’s sleep. The location is super convenient, yet the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly thoughtful, friendly, and attentive. We felt so warmly welcomed and well taken care of. We are already planning to return in a few days. Highly recommended to anyone, especially families!

We looked for the cheapest hotel for our family and we got what we expected! The room was clearly old, but was clean. Breakfast was basic but much appreciated. The pool was out of service, which bummed the kids out but we walked to McDonald’s instead and got ice cream, so everyone was placated.

Bedding and bathroom were clean. Air conditioner wasn’t really working and very hot in there. Also very loud spot. Breakfast was simple but fine. Ok for a quick, cheap overnight stay. But next time I’d spend a little more and go somewhere nicer.
