"The service was incredible. All staff we encountered went out of their way to make us comfortable and provide excellent service, from the front desk, to cleaning staff, to kitchen attendants. The only negative was that perhaps due to the recent hurricane, the room was musty and we had to request a room change. When we brought it up, our concerns were addressed immediately, so five stars for service, but 3 stars for the building itself. Hopefully those issues can be addressed to make future stays for other patrons more comfortable. "

"There was a shortage of kitchen wares but they worked it out. The laundry machines were nasty and not maintained but they are not the hotel’s. "

"The room was dated by very clean and tidy. The staff were all helpful and polite. We very much enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were lovely. All common areas very clean. For the price and the location, would recommend!"
