"Overall a fantastic stay, good staff, good people. Everyone is pretty courteous about noise levels. The room we checked into was very clean just some slight dust here and there but I assume because it was a 2 queen room it probably wasn’t touched in a hot minute. Other than that I wish the shower had an inner curtain it only had the outer curtain which led to water spilling on the floor when showering. Still tho great stay and will be checking in again if I’m in the area "

"The restroom in my room was clogged, which was very inconvenient. I asked the front desk for help because I urgently needed to leave for my child’s school, but they were not helpful. The staff member simply said someone would come to fix it and was quite rude in his response. I also requested temporary access to another room for 10–15 minutes, but that was refused. While the room itself was otherwise good, the restroom was not well maintained—there was no soap provided for the shower. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, and the staff in the breakfast area were courteous and helpful. However, my experience with the front desk was disappointing due to the lack of assistance and rude behavior."
