"Prima accommodatie voor de Universal parken. Hele dag door voldoende shuttlebussen naar alle parken. Elke dag housekeeping. Lekker zwembad. Starbucks in hotel. Enige nadeel was dat je 26 doller per dag betaald voor het parkeren van je auto, zou inbegrepen moeten zijn."

"Location is very nice, clean, safe, and the young man up front working was very professional and welcoming. They have a happy hour with what looks to be a full bar. The breakfast was very good and fresh with decent options"

"Great customer service. Bartender/server was very helpful and front desk was always ready to answer any questions."

"Wonderful 3 night stay. Very friendly staff"

"Shades in the room did not work. Also, shower in a colleagues room was challenging to operate."

"Hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean. The property was very well maintained. We loved the pool! Would highly recommend."

"Short overnight stay to catch a cruise the next morning. Shuttle was superb. Nice property. Location is 5 stars. Super nice restaurants literally steps away."

"Property is very clean. Check-in, Check-out super organized and efficient. We only needed a clean hotel to shower/sleep. Exceeded expectations for a 1 night stay. Likely contender next time we are in Orlando for an event. For the money, far better than driving back to Tampa after a show."
