"Nice boutique hotel, conveniently located to train, MRT and local attractions. Need to note the lobby is on 17th floor with no porterage. I was travelling alone w multiple large cases, so that would have been an issue if I wasn’t as well planned on mobility. Also there is a charge for left luggage storage (I was quoted NT500/piece/night), which I thought was unreasonably high. Most hotels I stayed in would have offered complimentary luggage storage for a reasonably short period of time."

"We had a very comfortable stay at arTree hotel. Although slightly out of the centre of Taipei, it is a short walk to the MRT station and has a fantastic choice of casual eating options, as well as a small market nearby. The room was spotless, large, well equipped and even had complimentary drinks and snacks. Staff were very friendly and are around at all hours, so we were able to check out in the early hours for a morning flight. Would highly recommend."

"The hotel was excellent in every way. I just want to point out one experience unordinary. We stayed at Ritz Carlton for 5 days as a family. On the 2nd day, I fell ill and was admitted to a hospital in Shanghai. Fortunately, Ritz Carlton was gracious enough to dispatch an ambulance vehicle to take me to the hospital. Also, assigned an individual to accompany us to the hospital and took care of everything - register, wait in the line, getting the medicines, etc. Super attentive! "
